Key Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out procurement plans based on project and operational needs
- Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order closure
- Lead supplier negotiations on pricing and commercial terms
- Control procurement costs and drive cost-saving initiatives
- Manage contracts and supplier agreements
- Track purchase orders, back orders and deliveries
- Coordinate with Projects, Operations, Finance and Accounts teams
- Lead the procurement team and report on costs, savings and supplier performance
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or similar
- 10+ years of procurement experience, preferably in landscaping, horticulture, nursery or agriculture
- Strong knowledge of softscape materials and plant sourcing, with a network of UAE nurseries and suppliers
- Negotiation, contract and cost management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
