Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Experience: 5-7 years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from client briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation and placement
- Headhunt operational, managerial and senior roles across hotels, resorts, restaurants and luxury hospitality
- Advise clients on talent and salary trends
- Handle several assignments at once and meet placement targets across the UAE and GCC
Requirements
- 5-7 years of recruitment experience, including hospitality (mandatory)
- Established network of hospitality candidates in the UAE and/or GCC
- Strong sourcing, interviewing and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Executive search experience is an advantage
