Corporate Account Manager, Deliveroo for Work

Deliveroo, part of DoorDash, is hiring a Corporate Account Manager for its Deliveroo for Work team in Dubai. The role grows corporate accounts through regular reviews, upsells and cross-sells.

Responsibilities

• Book meetings and video calls with corporate contacts to review spend and pitch new use cases
• Hit monthly targets for meetings, gross order value and monthly active users
• Support accounts with order reports, minor technical issues and client events
• Track performance and report to leadership using Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker and AI tools
• Handle ad hoc work such as trade events, marketing activations, restaurant partnerships and payment follow-ups

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
• 3+ years of B2B account management with a record of growing a portfolio
• Based in Dubai
• Strong Salesforce and Google Sheets/Slides skills
• Proactive, quick learner who works well in a fast-paced team; a bachelor degree is preferred
