DRE Homes Real Estate, a Dubai brokerage with branches in Dubai Hills Estate and Town Square, is hiring a Property Consultant.

Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1-3 years (freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals and digital channels
• Advise clients on their needs, budget and preferences
• Arrange and attend property viewings and site visits
• Negotiate and close deals for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
• Prepare and review agreements and coordinate with legal, banking and registration teams
• Track market trends, property values and upcoming developments
• Keep accurate lead and sales records in the CRM

Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven negotiation and closing ability with a record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Additional languages are an advantage
