Project Manager, CD Engineering (Remote, Worldwide)

Cordia LLC is hiring a Project Manager for its engineering and construction delivery team. The role is fully remote and open to candidates worldwide, including the UAE. The stated pay is USD 140,000 to 160,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Direct design, procurement, construction and start-up for a specific project, keeping work aligned with objectives
• Own schedule, cost and quality, and report progress to management
• Maintain the project execution plan and project charter
• Monitor contractor performance against schedule, budget, quality and safety, and correct deviations
• Support subcontract and supplier negotiations, including change orders, claims and disputes
• Manage risk, contingency plans, document control and contract compliance, and certify contractor payments

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years in engineering, construction or operation of utility, industrial or institutional projects, including 5 years managing large industrial projects
• Knowledge of contract administration and quality control
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and platforms such as Procore or Autodesk Build
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
