Key Responsibilities

• Develop and run social media strategies that support brand growth
• Lead content planning and storytelling across platforms
• Drive audience growth, engagement and brand visibility through campaigns
• Work with cross-functional teams on integrated digital marketing
• Monitor online communities and brand reputation
• Analyse performance data and turn it into recommendations
• Manage agencies, budgets and team performance

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media or similar
• 8-10 years in social media, digital marketing or content
• Fluent Arabic and English
• Experience building social strategies across multiple brands or markets
• Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills
