Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA (Remote)

OKX, a global crypto and Web3 platform, is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager based in Dubai, listed as remote. The role leads hiring for corporate governance, legal, compliance, risk and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead end-to-end hiring strategy for corporate and control functions
• Run sourcing campaigns for senior passive candidates across global and EMEA hubs
• Manage EMEA hiring logistics, including notice periods and regional expectations
• Research competitors and market trends and advise leadership on compensation and organisation design
• Lead senior offers, including equity and token incentive structuring
• Coach hiring managers and interview panels

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a corporate, high-growth fintech or executive search setting
• Record of closing senior candidates in finance, banking or fintech
• Knowledge of EMEA employment rules and hiring models
• Fluency with recruiting metrics and funnel analytics
• Strong stakeholder management
