Visa Consultant, Retail Store (Dubai)

Atlys is hiring a Visa Consultant for its retail store in Dubai to help walk-in customers prepare and submit accurate visa applications.

What You Will Do

• Greet walk-in customers and assess their travel and visa needs
• Help customers complete applications on-site, checking accuracy and completeness
• Explain visa requirements, timelines, pricing and Atlys services
• Answer questions, resolve concerns and follow up on application status
• Keep the store tidy and in line with brand standards
• Stay current on visa regulations and product updates, and suggest ways to improve the in-store experience

Requirements

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing or front-desk role; visa, travel or immigration experience preferred
• Knowledge of visa types, documentation and processing times
• Fluent English; Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil is a plus
• Comfort with CRMs and digital application tools, and strong attention to detail
• Flexibility for rotational shifts and week-offs (6 days a week, 9-hour shifts)
