Assistant Tax Manager (UAE and KSA)

qlub, a restaurant payments fintech offering pay-at-table, digital menus and SoftPOS, is hiring an Assistant Tax Manager in Dubai to manage direct and indirect tax across its markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage VAT, Corporate Tax, Zakat and withholding tax compliance with accurate, on-time filings
• Run UAE Corporate Tax end to end: registration, computations, returns and documentation
• Manage KSA Zakat, VAT and withholding tax, coordinating with ZATCA and external advisors
• Implement and maintain e-invoicing where required
• Support tax structuring for new and international entities
• Maintain intercompany positions and transfer pricing documentation
• Handle tax provisioning and reconciliations at month-end close
• Track regulatory changes and keep tax processes audit-ready

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of tax experience with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and KSA Zakat knowledge
• Experience owning multi-jurisdiction tax in a fast-growing company
• Degree in accounting, finance or similar; CA, CPA or ACCA preferred
• ERP proficiency and advanced Excel
• Fluent English
