Celonis, a process intelligence software company, is hiring a Lead Applied Value Engineer for AI and Process Intelligence, working remotely from the UAE. The role works with the largest global accounts to turn operational challenges into proven AI use cases.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose strategic and operational challenges with major customers and build tailored use cases
- Lead technical discovery and prototype custom AI solutions on the Celonis platform
- Run proof-of-value projects, including secure LLM and agent systems with retrieval, tool use and guardrails
- Present business impact to executives and guide customers through to adoption
- Turn project work into reusable methodology and mentor junior colleagues
Requirements
- 7+ years in executive-facing presales or value engineering, including ROI and TCO models
- Knowledge of operational workflows in areas such as supply chain and finance
- Advanced experience with LLM orchestration, RAG and prompt engineering
- Production AI deployment on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Python, API design, advanced SQL and ML frameworks
- Secure cloud architecture, data governance and privacy compliance
- Excellent executive presentation skills in English
