Senior Product Designer (Hybrid, Dubai)

Easygenerator, an international e-learning software company, is hiring a Senior Product Designer in Dubai on a hybrid, flexible basis. Each senior designer owns a full product area and works in a squad with a product manager and engineers.

What You Will Do

• Own design end to end: discovery, flows, interface, copy and the quality of what ships
• Share decisions on scope and priorities with the product manager and tech lead
• Run user interviews and usability tests and use product analytics to guide decisions
• Build coded prototypes and ship interface changes with AI-assisted tools
• Use and improve the design system and take part in weekly design critique

Requirements

• Around six years of product design experience, mostly in B2B SaaS
• A record of owning a product or product area with measurable results
• At least one complex product shipped and maintained, such as an editor, builder or dashboard
• Strong product thinking and experience running discovery and research
• Full professional English; based in Dubai or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools and a working understanding of LLMs
• Background in e-learning or enterprise software
